And then Harper had her 6 month appointment yesterday. She's growing great! 17.6 pounds and 25 inches long. Time to start more feedings during the day. So far, Harper has loved every vegetable we've fed her, and just last night she got applesauce for the first time and loved it. So feeding her food has go very smoothly! The doctor also thinks her top teeth will be coming in anytime! She did have a low fever this morning, post-shots (which is common). But her mood was still good!
As of last Wednesday, Harper has been sitting up really well on her own. It's so fun because now she sits on the floor and plays with her toys all by herself!
I have had a busy week at work. One source of the "busy-ness" was a tour/press conference with our Governor on Tuesday. My job involved all the behind the scenes arrangments. And in the photo, you can literally see me (and my co-worker Amy) 'behind the scenes' working with a photographer from the Register. Two family "picnics" this weekend...Noah's family on Saturday, and my family on Sunday. Should be a fun weekend.
