I have to take a moment and brag about Harper's daycare teacher....she's wonderful, and others would agree! She was just awarded a national "Teacher of the Year" award!! Formally, it's the Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Foundation’s (TLLCCF) top honor – the Helene Marks Award as the National Child Care Teacher of the Year. Donna was one of the top ten scores for the award, and was invited to answer an additional essay question to qualify for the top honor. She was sent to Pennsylvania to receive her award. I just think it's pretty awesome - and what a testament to her dedication to children! We knew Harper was in great hands - but feel even more lucky now to have such a wonderful teacher!
